Haas Ragab

Haas Ragab, Founder and Principal of RGB Capital Partners, has over 20 years of entrepreneurial, strategy consulting and private equity experience. Mr. Ragab was most recently a Principal with SHR Capital Partners. He also served as CEO of Gogotech, a leading online retailer and portfolio company of SHR Capital, from 2013-2021. Previously, Mr. Ragab was a Principal with Tower Three Partners, a middle-market private equity firm in Greenwich, CT, and was a member of the Board of Directors of Restoration Hardware, which Tower Three took private alongside Catterton Partners in June of 2008. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ragab was a Vice President with The Harding Group, an investment firm focused on the manufacturing industry, and was also an associate consultant with Bain & Company.

Mr. Ragab earned his MBA with highest honors as a Palmer Scholar from The University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, where he was also a Joseph Wharton Fellow, and his bachelor's degree cum laude from Dartmouth College. He currently resides in Greenwich, CT with his wife, two children and bulldog Odie.

Aldo Pascarella

Aldo Pascarella, a Principal of RGB Capital Partners, has over 20 years entrepreneurial experience including positions in branded consumer goods, advertising, motion picture development, and as an attorney and real estate investor. Mr. Pascarella manages his family's real estate investments which include multi-family residential, office and land. He is the principal and founder of Pareto LLC an investment management firm and an attorney and principal at The Pascarella Law Firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pascarella was a corporate mergers and acquisitions attorney, clerked for the Delaware Court of Chancery, and served as a development executive at major motion picture production companies in Los Angeles.

Mr. Pascarella holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School, a masters degree summa cum laude in Cinema-Television from the University of Southern California, and a BA from Dartmouth College. Mr. Pascarella is a member of the New York and Connecticut Bars. He currently resides in Greenwich, CT with his wife and three children.

Kaihan Krippendorff

Kaihan Krippendorff is a Principal of RGB Capital Partners. A former consultant with McKinsey & Co, he is the best-selling author “Outthink the Competition” and three other business strategy books. He helps companies and leadership teams design and implement innovative growth strategies. In this capacity he has served 29 of the largest 100 companies in the world and numerous mid-market firms. He is regular lecturer on innovation and growth at Wharton Executive Education and a sought-after speaker on the topic.

Mr. Krippendorff earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Finance from Wharton Business School, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a D. Sc. in Economics from Abo Akademie. He resides with his wife and three children in Greenwich, CT.

Rob Vann

Rob Vann, Vice President of RGB Capital Partners, has over 15 years experience in private equity, investment banking and Business Development. Previously he served as a Vice President of SHR Capital and was in charge of Business Development for Gogotech, a leading online retailer in midtown Manhattan. Prior to joining RGB Capital, Mr. Vann was a financial analyst at Mazzone and Associates, a boutique middle-market investment bank in Atlanta, GA. Earlier in his career, Mr. Vann served as an financial analyst at Founders Investment Banking while completing his undergraduate degree.

Originally from Birmingham, AL, Mr. Vann earned a BS in Business Administration from Birmingham-Southern College. He currently resides with his wife and two children in Greenwich, CT.
